The elearning course begins by explaining the real purpose of Human Resources and showing how it fits into the fabric of the company. It then goes on to demonstrate the organisational framework required to make Human Resources effective and identify the key risks HR are trying to control. It concludes by examining the key administrative controls you would expect to find in Human Resources with an emphasis on remuneration, pensions and recruitment.
This elearning course does not have a built in knowledge check, but a certificate of completion can be provided for CPD purposes.
